Product Information: We specialize in Niche and Artisanal fragrances. While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions and imagery, slight variations in packaging or liquid color may occur due to the natural ingredients used in artisanal perfumery.
Pricing and Payments: All prices are listed in EGP. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment gateways.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Intellectual Property: All content, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Artisanal Scent. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Refund and Returns Policy

Return Window: We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and unused items from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the perfume bottle must be in its original, sealed, and unopened packaging (cellophane intact). Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened bottles cannot be returned.
Damaged or Faulty Items: If you receive a damaged or leaking bottle, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a free replacement.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card) or via bank transfer for COD orders within 7-10 business days.

- A: Orders within Cairo and Giza are typically delivered within 48-72 hours. For other governorates, it takes between 3 to 5 business days.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
- A: Currently, we only ship within Egypt. However, stay tuned as we plan to expand to the GCC region soon.
Q: Can I pay in installments?
- A: Yes, we are currently integrating installment plans (such as Valu and Sympl) through our secure payment gateway to make our luxury collection more accessible.
